About Me

 

 

Hi, I’m Josh , a therapist who believes therapy works best when it feels real, human, and free from jargon.

 

I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 30s, and I’ve experienced OCD and anxiety since I was young. I know first-hand that mental health challenges aren’t just “in your head”, they can affect every part of life. My own journey is what drives me to help others feel understood, supported, and equipped with the tools to make meaningful changes.

 

In my practice, I use proven approaches like CBT, ACT, EMDR, and other evidence-based therapies,  but always with a personal, compassionate touch. I want you to feel comfortable, not judged, and to know you’re sitting with someone who truly gets it.

 

Outside of the therapy room, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, out jogging or playing sports. These moments keep me grounded and remind me why balance matters.
