My name is Josh and I’m a highly skilled BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges and lead more fulfilling lives.

I’m here for the overthinkers, the people pleasers, the always needing to be productive crowd, ADHDers and those of you who struggle with anxiety. I will help you to change your mindset and habits, so that you can enjoy life without constantly feeling anxious and drained. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy keeping active (I love going to the gym, running and playing sports) and spending time with my family.

I know life can be tough, I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 30’s and struggled with anxiety growing up, but I have personally experienced the benefits of making lasting change, from overcoming social anxiety, overthinking and improving my confidence.
